Returns
Our products are made on demand for each customer and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size purchased. Please refer to the sizing chart or contact us for any questions.
Exchanges
Defective items:
We want you to have the best experience possible with our products, so if you receive a faulty item, don't hesitate to reach out to us within a week. We'll do everything we can to make things right!
Wrong size:
If you're not happy with the size you got, check that the size on the garment matches the size on the sizing chart. It's rare, but sometimes the garment might have the wrong label. Just give us a shout and we'll sort it out for you.
