How long does it take to process an order? 

Our clothing is made to order and will be shipped within 5 business days.

What about shipping?

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. If you live down the street from us in Orange/LA county line, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii.

Shipping times depend on your location. However, please know that we have done our best to ensure that it is in good hands and on its way to you. 

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

-Processing Time is the time it takes to make and prepare to ship your order. Typically 3-5 business days.

-Shipping Time is the time it takes for the delivery service (US Post Office, UPS) get it in your hands after it has been shipped. Typically 2-8 business days. 

Missing Packages : Sometimes a provided address is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it please double check with other members of your household to make sure someone else didn't bring your package in. In these cases orders can be considered lost and we don't take responsibility for replacements due to error from customer or courier.

Unclaimed: If you don't collect your item from shipping location, it'll be returned. We can reship your order, but you'll have to pay any new shipping charges or cost associated.

The order never arrived: This is most common when dealing with international shipments that are sent out without international tracking but can occur with domestic orders as well. 

If this occurs, you will see limited or no entries to the tracking log from the link we provide which indicates that the package may be lost. If this happens to your order please contact us at GRDEZIGNS@gmail.com
